Our winter focus for GATHER will be Being There: Growing Together as Accompaniers.

Isolation is rampant. So many people are looking for a community or another person with whom to simply “share bread.”  You and I, as followers of the Bread of Life have bread to share—we are accompaniers (Latin, with bread). But how do we do this naturally, non-condescendingly, and together?  

We are spending the next weeks learning together how to grow as accompanier, always remembering that we do not do this alone because, “the Companion, the Holy Spirit, [teaches] you everything and will remind you of everything [Jesus] told you”  (John 14:26)

When: Wednesdays @ 7PM until March 25th (except February 18th)
