What is
Play & Learn?

A gathering space for the community, where children ages 0 to 5 years old can explore and play with family, friends, and caregivers.

Every Wednesday from 10-11:30AM

During the summer months, Play & Learn moves outside for other adventures. Children and adults explore sea life at a local beach.
Play & Learn engages the sense. Children enjoy playing with clay and other materials.
At Play & Learn, children (ages 0-5) and adults will explore and make fun art projects.

FAQs

  • Play & Learn is registered with Kaleidoscope Play & Learn, which are gathering spaces found around the state of Washington for families, friends, and neighbors with kids. Caregivers and children meet with others in their community and learn about fostering healthy child development and school readiness. Groups are led by a facilitator and members of the community in culturally-responsive environments.

  • Parents, caregivers, and children 0-5 years old are invited to join a structured and facilitated play time. Open to children and adults of all abilities. Please plan to stay and play with your child!

  • This is an opportunity to create and learn, and meet other children and adults. Activities include sensory materials, child directed art, loose part building materials, science, and a group story time.

  • No need to register, feel free to just stop on by.
